These fees are separate from any charges imposed by banks, payment processors, or other third-party service providers.
Validity of Payments
All payments made to Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. are valid for one year from the date of receipt. The services for which the payment was made must be redeemed within one year from the payment date. Failure to redeem the services within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the payment. Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the expiration of payment validity.
Non-Transferable Payments
Payments made to Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. are non-transferable. The payment is intended for the individual or entity specified during the order submission process and cannot be transferred to another individual or entity. Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. reserves the right to request proof of identity or other supporting documents to ensure that the payment is being used by the rightful recipient.
Modification of Terms
Tenn-K Consultants Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website. Your continued use of the online payment services after any modifications signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jamaica.
Additional Client Agreements
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are aware that you are required to show proof of funds for your study permit application and to pay all related expenses of the Canadian study abroad program.
- You agree to review the institution’s and any other third party’s payment terms before making payments.
- You agree to provide a testimonial statement and photo once you are approved for the visa, which will be the property of Tenn-K Consultants Ltd.
